Kai Schoppe has been immersed in the inner arts since 1993, with decades of experience in Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, meditation, sleep and dream yoga, and Taoist sexual practices. Since 2001, he has directed the Tai Chi School Wiesbaden and has authored four books on the art of dreaming.
His unique method, White Dragon Qi Gong, blends traditional static and dynamic forms with dream-inspired movements to awaken creative energy and foster deep embodiment. Kai also offers online training and promotes a vital, plant-based lifestyle rooted in conscious living. In his sessions, ancient wisdom meets authentic self-expression—an invitation to move, feel, and dream your energy into flow.
