ARCHETYPES

As part of this year’s festival, the Archetypes will play a central role—guiding us through movement, ritual, and embodied exploration. Together, we’ll tap into the dynamic forces of the masculine and feminine, exploring how these energies live within us and how they move through our bodies, inviting us into deeper presence, expression, and connection.

What are archetypes?

Archetypes are universal energies or inner characters that exist within all of us—like the Warrior, the Lover, the King, or the Queen. Each archetype represents a specific set of qualities, strengths, and shadows that shape how we think, feel, and act. By working with archetypes, we gain deeper insight into ourselves, access our inner wisdom, and bring more balance and authenticity into our lives.
